CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a service, please notify your service provider or contact The Dash Lounge at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service cost. If you need to reschedule, please notify your service provider 24 hours in advance.
